MonteTarbato is a wine made from the Centesimino grapes, a very aromatic vine variety closely related to this area. My recommendation is to pair with the typical dishes of our cuisine!
Lumè brings out the natural sweetness of the overripe grapes on the vine. This red passito is an excellent match for berry pies, tenerina cake or the classic chocolate lava cake!
